APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please arrive on time for all of your scheduled appointments. We will do our best to treat your child as close to their scheduled time as we can. We hope to avoid unnecessary anxiety by minimizing wait times for our young patients. Failure to arrive on time may result in your appointment being rescheduled and a fee assessed.  

Please understand that children are at times unpredictable and that dental emergencies may be given priority, so our regularly scheduled days may experience delays.

Children must arrive for their first dental appointment in our office with a parent or legal guardian. This will allow us to properly record their medical history, relay our findings and establish a treatment plan.

Always allow a 48 hour period prior to rescheduling your child's appointment at our office.
 

FINANCIAL POLICY

Payment in our office is due when treatment is rendered. We accept CASH, DEBIT, VISA and MASTERCARD for your convenience.  

Our office will be happy to file dental insurance claims and estimates (pre-determinations) electronically on your behalf to your insurance provider. This will expedite your receipt of estimated treatment coverage and reimbursement, but please understand that your insurance is a benefit to you, and not our office.  

Your insurance company will not correspond with us directly as per the privacy act.

Privacy of your personal information is an important part of our office providing you with quality dental care. We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing your personal information responsibly. We also try to be as open and transparent as possible about the way we handle your personal information. It is important to us to provide this service to our patients.

In this office, Dr. Gregory Westman acts as the Privacy Information Officer.

All staff members who come in contact with your personal information are aware of the sensitive nature of the information that you disclose to us. They are all trained in the appropriate uses and protection of your information.
