Dr. Westman and Dr. Shaw are Certified Pediatric Dental Specialists. 

While a referral from a dental provider is not required to make an appointment at our office, dentists from our community often refer patients to us for a consultation or treatment.

For dentists interested in making a referral, please download the attached Referral Form and Fax (705-726-7830) or Email (gwpedo@gmail.com) the form to our office.  Any recent x-rays or other documents that would be beneficial for the consultation appointment should also be forwarded to our office at the time of the referral.

Please note that a parent/legal guardian must be present for the initial appointment.
